Whilst most Holiday Parks’ business energy is reduced by thousands of pounds per year in Climate Change Levy (CCL) exemption, some of you are still missing out. And the 2019 hike in CCL is unprecedented in the history of this particular tax, up to almost one penny per unit of electricity used.
Either you’re too busy to reclaim this unnecessary charge, or you’ve reclaimed electricity but missed the fact you can also claim for gas and bulk LPG, or perhaps your exemption from the tax has lapsed and you haven’t noticed it hitting your bills again lately?
As my original short guide was written in 2011 I’ve updated it for 2017 in the light of future rises of holiday park energy. A five minute read that yielded an average of £8501 per client when acted upon.
