What were the contributing factors that led you to consider Bulk LPG?
All holiday homes were originally fed off bottled gas – incredibly time-consuming and labour-intensive to replace. Very heavy! Of course, guests would also run out in the middle of a shower etc
Any stories about the relationship between AvantiGas and your holiday park?
No real stories – everything ticks along nicely and is as it should be which John thinks is a good story in itself. He considers the park to be loyal to its suppliers but says that if AvantiGas weren’t up to scratch, he’d have no qualms about changing supplier. The fact is though that AvantiGas have always met their needs.
A few years ago, before the telemetry system was in place, the tank reading was comparatively low before one busy Bank Holiday weekend. They put a call in to AvantiGas who smoothly organised for a special delivery to come on the Saturday. Otherwise, they’d have been a bit stuck. Every home is fuelled by LPG so they really can’t afford to let people go without – especially in mid season!
